RROW Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

You may use RROW if you have the legal capacity required to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. Minors may use the service only with the permission and supervision of a legal representative where permitted by law. You confirm that registration information is accurate.

2. Purpose of the service

RROW is a personal finance record‑keeping tool. It lets you record income, expenses, mandatory and recurring payments, net worth, goals, savings and investment positions, and view a calendar, analytics, reminders and automated reports.

RROW is not a bank, payment service, broker, investment adviser, accountant, tax adviser or law firm. It does not hold money or securities, execute payments or trades, or guarantee returns, savings or achievement of any financial goal.

3. Account and security

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login details, the security of your device and activity under your account. Use a strong password, two‑factor authentication and device protection where available. Contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Sign‑in through Apple or Google is also subject to the relevant provider’s terms. We may require renewed authentication or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect an account, comply with law or address a technical threat.

4. User data and accuracy

You enter and verify amounts, currencies, dates, categories, payment statuses, balances, asset quantities and other information. Automated recognition, classification, exchange rates, quotes and calculations may contain errors, delays or rounding differences. Check primary documents or a reliable source before making a decision.

You retain rights in information, images and notes you add and grant the Company a limited right to process them solely to operate, protect, synchronise and improve RROW in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

5. Receipt scanning and AI features

At your request, RROW may send a receipt image to an AI processing provider to extract an amount, date, currency, name and suggested category. Financial reports are generated from submitted aggregate metrics. Every result is a draft: you must review and, where necessary, correct each field before saving.

Automated recommendations are informational, do not account for all of your circumstances and are not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. You make decisions and assume related risks yourself.

6. Exchange rates, cryptoassets and market data

Rates, prices and asset information come from external sources and may be incomplete, delayed or differ from your bank, exchange or broker. A rate captured for a transaction is used only for internal analytics. Listing an asset in RROW is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold it.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use RROW unlawfully; access another person’s account or our infrastructure without authorisation; upload malicious, unlawful or rights‑infringing content; bypass security measures; scrape data without permission; interfere with the service; impersonate another person; or use RROW for fraud.

8. Intellectual property

RROW, its software, design, marks, interface text and other materials belong to the Company or its licensors. For the term of these Terms, you receive a limited, revocable, non‑exclusive and non‑transferable licence for personal, non‑commercial use. No other rights are granted.

9. Third‑party services

RROW relies on third parties for authentication, cloud storage, push notifications, AI processing, exchange rates and market quotes. Their services may change or become unavailable independently of us and are governed by their own terms. We select providers reasonably but do not fully control their infrastructure.

10. Availability and changes

We aim to keep RROW secure and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation. Features may be limited for maintenance, updates, legal requirements or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We may change, add or discontinue features and will seek to provide advance notice of material changes.

11. Suspension and account deletion

You may stop using RROW and delete your account in Settings. Deletion is irreversible and removes related data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may limit or terminate access for a material breach, security threat, fraud or legal requirement, taking account of the breach and mandatory consumer rights.

12. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, RROW is provided “as is” and “as available”. The Company does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of forecasts, receipt recognition, categories, rates, quotes or calculations. Keep required original documents and backups of important information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profits, investment losses or decisions made solely in reliance on RROW. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or restricts mandatory consumer rights.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through good‑faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes are submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Armenia unless mandatory law gives you another forum.

14. Updates and contact

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to features, law or data practices. A new version and effective date will be published in the app; we will request renewed consent for material changes where required.

Legal notices may be submitted through RROW support or by post to CDM Nexus LLC, 26/3 Vazgen Sargsyan Street, Yerevan, Republic of Armenia. Include your name, a reply contact and the nature of the request, but never send passwords or two‑factor authentication codes.
